SNSPost Online Radio Channel Announces New Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Eric Abud becomes new Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Chicago-based radio channel SNSPost.
- Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) July 08, 2011 - SNSPost, Chicago's online radio channel that delivers news and views without apology, announces Eric Abud as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In his new role, Eric will take immediate responsibility for building and implementing strategies to drive audience capture, revenue growth and brand development as well as directing SNSPost's social media campaign, which has already experienced significant growth since beginning in late June 2011. Eric also will head up business development and continue to build on current strategic marketing initiatives, working alongside SNSPost editors and on-air radio personalities, Sal Becovic and Kevin Abud.
Bringing extensive sales experience from previous management and field roles, Eric joins the team as SNSPost celebrates its most successful month on record with a 600 percent increase in listenership since March, and approximately 100 percent growth in daily website visitors since June. The online channel has additionally experienced a 3,600 percent growth in followers since beginning its Twitter campaign just over a week ago, and expects to see similar results in its Facebook campaign, which begins this week.
