All entries were judged on overall impact, artistic merit, composition and technical excellence.

The panel of judges consists of: Chris Temple, Professional Artist; Don Shipley, Creative Director Arts, Culture and Festivals at TO2015, PanAm Games; Julian Sleath, Programming Manager at City of Toronto Special Events; Rick Bell, Executive Director at Niagara School of Imaging; and Ron Hartwell, Associate Photo Editor at National Post.
