Some of the information given in the Infographic is provided below

What happens when you cancel your Sky Account?
The easiest way of cancelling the account is by contacting Sky on its customer service number or you can also write a mail to them. When you cancel your account you go into the cancellation period depending on the product or service, for example a minimum 31 days' notice is required to cancel TV and a minimum 14 days' notice for Broadband and Talk.

You will be given a notice period. During this period you can enjoy all the services till the midnight of the final day of notice period.

The payments at Sky are taken in advance therefore once the cancellation is done, the account will correct itself and the payment will be credited back into your account after 45 days of cancellation.
Within the notice period if you change your mind and would like to continue using Sky services, you can join Sky back by telephoning them on 08701741740

    Changing the Sky package
You have to complete minimum subscription of one month before asking Sky to change your channel or subscription. After that you can go online to change your package or simple way of doing so is by contacting sky and telling them to upgrade or change your package. The information that will be expected from you at the time of making a call includes the channel you would like to be removed and date, on which you would like this change to be implemented.

    Cancelling the Direct debit
The Direct Debit Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, you will get notification in 10 days in advance of your account being debited.
