She puts a keen focus on telling the couple’s story through the event itself, feeling that each one can be likened to the romance of a Hemingway novel. This is fitting given the fact that Sisti’s own uncle considered Ernest Hemingway a confidant. Just as her uncle painted famed portraits of President Franklin D. Roosevelt and many others, Sisti paints love stories through florals and styling.
