Under their agreement, SinoTech Group will put in place all the digital elements necessary in building Global Blue's Brand in the Chinese marketplace; leveraging such services as Search Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Social Media Marketing. Further, the agreement provides for GB to access SinoTech's sophisticated social media analytics platform (SinoBuzz) to gain insights about the perceptions of the Global Blue brand and a greater understanding of what's happening with their competitors on social media sites.
