Siloinak Surf Resort is searching for a partner involved in the tourism surf industry.

We are operating since 2007 and detain a resort license since 2008.
The resort is a 8 acres tropical garden located on a small deserted island. 12 bungalows scattered in the garden offer lots of privacy, the restaurant sits 16 guests and the lounge 14. Our staffs for the catering and the surf work with us since 2007. We offer all standard amenities like large screen TV, satellite internet and phone, laundry services. In 2007 the resort has been nominated among the 100 Best Ecotourism resorts in the world. Our guests surf from sunrise to sunset thanks to 3 speedboats and local as well as western surf guides.
Due to its location, Siloinak island is very well protected from any tsunami coming from the Indian ocean and has not been affected by the last tsunami.
At 120 USD per day, we are the cheapest resort in the Mentawai.
I am now looking for a partner interested in joining with me to run the company.
This partner must be herself / himself a surfer and/or invoved in the surf industry, ideally have some funds to invest, above all he/she must have good capacity to attract customers to Siloinak Surf Resort.
This proposal could represent a good opportunity for an entrepreneur or a company already involved in the surf industry to start operating in the Mentawai Islands without taking the risks and complexities to buy lands, build real estate, train a staff. Siloinak Surf Resort is one of the 5 licensed resorts in the Mentawai islands.
