    Shari Laskowitz is counsel for the firm's Landlord-Tenant group. She has been representing clients in real estate litigation for more than 15 years, with significant experience at trials, appeals, and in private negotiations. Shari has successfully resolved a broad array of real estate-related disputes, including landlord/tenant and co-op/condo conflicts as well as business-related matters such as partnership disputes and Surrogate’s Court litigation.

    She represents commercial landlords and tenants in matters, including those related to breach of contract, real estate taxes, adjacent properties, construction delays, community opposition, brokerage agreements, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Shari has particular experience in the area of landlord-tenant disputes relating to office, retail, and restaurant properties, as well as multifamily residential properties.
