  • Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) February 01, 2014 - Just one year since winning the leasing assignment at the 8200 Doral office building, Blanca Commercial Real Estate has taken the building's occupancy rate from 50 percent to 80 percent. The latest tenant to lease space at the building is Quest Workspaces, which will occupy 21,600 square feet of space. All told, the past year has seen new leases totaling 38,000 square feet of space at the 101,144 square foot building.

    Blanca Commercial Real Estate Executive Vice President Juan Ruiz executed the lease on behalf of the building's ownership. Lance Benson, Executive Managing Director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Quest Workspaces.

    Quest will join a tenant roster that includes Cisco Systems, Data Corp., and Agunsa Miami.
