The cocktail series at the Sunset Lounge at the Hyatt Carmel Highlands Overlooking Big Sur Coast, located at 120 Highlands Drive in Carmel, final Shake Rattle and Roll for 2012 hands-on workshop led by the guest mixologist will take place on Wednesday, November 7th. This course is limited to just 24 participants, allowing for an intimate exploration of how to make your holiday celebration stand out from the crowd and an opportunity to craft and critique drinks.
Warm Up With A Winter Cocktail Class Wednesday, November 7th
Baby its cold outside. Warm up this winter with the Sunset Lounges final cocktail class of the season. Learn how to mix up some delicious winter cocktails. Attendees will learn the how to make their holiday celebration stand out from the crowd and keep out the cold at the final Shake, Rattle and Roll session for 2012. Special guest will be award winning mixologist David Nepove who will walk you through how to "wow" party guests with three holiday inspired cocktails which will leave you with a warm after glow.
The class takes place at the Fireside Lounge on the upper level by the fireplace and features some of Chef Matt Bolton's popular tapas items from the Sunset Lounge menu to complement attendees creations during the session. Participants leave with a gift bag to help them get their holiday cocktail party off to a very merry start.

Enjoy spectacular views of historic Point Lobos State Reserve while sipping your favorite cocktail and visiting with friends. Live entertainment is held on select nights. Open daily from 3:30 p.m.
