Service 1st Payroll names new Vice President of Operations to oversee payroll operations and lead production for the company.

In her new role, Chastin will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated payroll processors, while working closely with the Executive Vice President to implement the organizations business strategies, by reviewing processes and increasing production and profitability.
Chastin joins the growing company, with over 10 years of experience in accounting, payroll processing, and tax administration. She started her career in public accounting with a local firm, where she prepared various payroll tax reports, and worked closely with government agencies relating to payroll issues. Prior to Service 1st Payroll, Chastin oversaw the development of the payroll system software, did team training on payroll taxes, quarterly reporting, and serviced payroll clients' needs for a national payroll provider.
Chastin holds an Associate's degree of Applied Business in Accounting from Lorain County Community College.
