  • (1888PressRelease) August 04, 2011 - Belgian born, raised in the Caribbean, Serge takes up the top role after two and a half years as General Manager at the Golden Tulip Casablanca hotel in Morocco. Prior to that, he was in the Maldives on Baros Island as General Manager and held similar positions in Turks & Caicos in the Caribbean and Marbella, Spain.
    Serge has over a decade of experience with other leading international hotel brands including spells in Conrad Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Sonesta.

    Serge started of his career as a passionate 'foodie' and climbed his way up from Chef in major international hotel chains and award winning restaurants to General Manager

    Serge, has gained extensive experience working in over fifteen countries covering five continents, he is multi-culturally exposed and masters five languages fluently.
