A native of Shrewsbury, Pa., Lynch has more than 16 years of experience in the environmental engineering and design industry. He earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech and is an active member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of North Carolina (ACEC/NC) Environmental Committee. He is currently licensed as a professional engineer in seven states throughout the southeast.
