  • (1888PressRelease) September 13, 2013 - The two companies, Alliera AG and CustVox AG, will now operate under the single banner of SandSIV, with a new corporate brand and company structure. All products formerly associated with both CustVox and Alliera, have now been amalgamated into a single, consolidated product line up. To further reinforce the rebranding and restructuring of these two companies, a new corporate website has also been launched.

    Three new departments have been created, which will work alongside the existing Global Sales & Marketing department, to produce a single, scalable form of business operation. These new departments are:

    SandSIV Product Solutions, which now manages all solution development,
    management and support platform issues.

    SandSIV Consulting, which now manages all consultancy related services.

    SandSIV Analytics, which now manages research and development.

    In addition to these newly created business departments, there have also been several changes in senior personnel. Frank Warnsing takes over as Chief Operations Officer, Louay Al-Doory becomes the Chief Executive Officer, and Federico Cesconi takes up the post of Group Chairman.
