Sparkling waves and soft breezes set the mood for SunQuest Cruises's Champagne & Seafood Lunch Cruise on Friday, April 17th from 12 - 3 p.m. Docked at Sandestin's Baytowne Marina, the SOLARIS and its chefs are featuring an elaborate four-course, Gulf Coast seafood menu each paired with premium champagnes.

    Patrons will embark on an unforgettable day that begins with a Dockside Marina Reception at noon on the 125-foot yacht with Oysters on the Half Shell with Cucumber Mignonette, Lime and Blood Orange Ahi Tuna Ceviche and a Fresh Herb and Crawfish Spring Roll. Toast to the day with a Netherland Ombra cocktail, a blend of Stellina di Notte Prosecco and Nolet's Silver Gin.

    It's smoothly sailing for the rest of the afternoon as the SOLARIS cruises the sparkling local waters with warm coastal breezes from the sky deck and panoramic views from all three decks. The following "Making Way Course" includes Grilled Jumbo Gulf Shrimp with Fiji Apple Salad and Green Curry Sauce perfectly paired with Ruinart's Brut Rose Reims Champagne from France. For the "Waypoint Course", the SOLARIS chefs will serve fresh local Cobia over Spicy Napa Cabbage and Mango Slaw, accompanied by a SOLARIS Rose Petal Lemonade with Chandon Brut Champagne and Ketel One "Oranje" Vodka.

    For the "Quayside Finale Toast", guests will enjoy a Seared Sea Scallop crowned by Wasabi Caviar. Sip on Vueve Clickquot Demi-Sec Champagne as the SOLARIS returns to the dock.
