San Francisco, CA (1888PressRelease) June 23, 2012 - San Francisco Electric Tour Company announced the addition of a new night Segway tour to their existing repertoire. The new night tour highlights Chinatown, North Beach, and the Embarcadero Waterfront.

The Tour begins at the West end of Fisherman's Wharf before gliding through North Beach, the neighborhood best known as San Francisco's Little Italy. Guests will stop at Washington Square and learn about the Beat Generation. Next, guests will visit Chinatown, a veritable city within a city and home to the largest Chinese community outside of Asia. The tour loops back up the Embarcadero waterfront, cruising past historic Piers before stopping at Fisherman's Wharf, where visitors will see Dungeness crabs being cracked in historic open-air stalls.

Next, the tour passes the Cable Car turntable, Ghirardelli Square and the National Maritime Museum before pausing to admire breathtaking views of the Alcatraz Lighthouse against the glittering backdrop of the San Francisco Bay.
