    Ryan Hill Realty's REO division works with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD, in addition to National/Regional Banks and Asset Management Companies, to better serve and support the housing industry. To facilitate demand from the division's continuing growth, two noted names in the area's real estate industry have joined the team. Art Bettuzzi was appointed REO Operations Manager to enhance, implement and oversee growth and lead generation; and Karen Larsen joined as Senior REO Account Executive to serve the division's client base.

    Bettuzzi, a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communications from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa, has a strong sales, marketing and operations management background in the real estate industry with over 17 years of experience in the Chicagoland area. He brings with him unique insight well suited to the organic nature of REO management in today's market.

    Bettuzzi comments: "Real Estate has been a rapidly changing industry over the past few years.     Larsen has an impressive track record previously managing over 300 REO assets and pioneering relationships with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae for her former employers. She was elected Freddie Mac's Broker of the Year 2009 and Mentor of the Year 2010 for her industry knowledge, leadership and people skills. Larsen has over 20-plus years in senior management for various noted companies in business development, sales and marketing. She became a licensed realtor in the year 2000, eventually managing foreclosures as its unique market segment intrigued her.

    Explaining her philosophy concerning success, Larsen states: "I have a simple philosophy: Know your client inside and out. I believe that we should perform at different levels for every individual based on their needs and identify their priorities first, above our own. The field team should know and demonstrate the same beliefs to give the client an optimal customer service experience."
