With her vision and passion for the fashion industry, she is working to achieve the most out of life. In 2008 when the company first launched it was a single web page for monthly updates on the fashion industry. By the end of 2009, Carisha began exclusively covering top fashion shows for mega designers, such as Philadelphia Fashion Week. Sitting in as the head blogger she has created many good business relationships with professional people in the fashion industry. While covering various shows in the tri-state she began to network with photographers and models so that she may produce her own fashion productions.

By the summer of 2009, RunwayInk was producing their first fashion show, which sold out, and led to many more show productions. Working with several models and designers in the tri-state area has led her to open the door to many other connections. In 2010 RunwayInk launched 'Fashion with Curves'. Fashion with Curves was produced to highlight all of the models in the industry who were not quite plus size, but certainly not sizes 0 to 4 in the industry. The response for 'Fashion with Curves' was mega with over 500 people attending. this led to 'Fashion with Curves' the tour and was held throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey with a new state coming soon. The production also shed so much light onto the plus size models in the fashion industry, that it led Philadelphia to launch the first ever 'Plus Sized Fashion Week'. With so many positive goals reached in the fashion community, RunwayInk is working to one day become a house hold name for fashion.
