RRT Forged Opens Custom Wheel Co-Design Programme to European Performance Car Owners
Singapore-based forged wheel manufacturer brings exact-fitment, 6061-T6 forged aluminum wheels to BMW M, Mercedes-AMG, Audi RS, and Porsche drivers globally.

Drivers of BMW M cars, Mercedes-AMG models, Audi RS variants, and Porsche platforms can now work directly with the RRT Forged engineering team to build wheels machined to their vehicle's exact fitment specifications, with no spacers and no compromises on geometry.
The move addresses a persistent gap in the aftermarket wheel space for European platforms. Off-the-shelf fitment options routinely require spacers to clear brake calipers or achieve proper hub centricity, which introduces additional load paths and affects suspension geometry. RRT Forged eliminates this by engineering each wheel to the customer's specific offset, bore, and brake clearance from the outset.
Every wheel produced by RRT Forged starts as a forged 6061-T6 aluminum billet, then passes through a 5-axis CNC machining process that removes material with surgical precision. The result is a wheel significantly lighter than a cast equivalent of the same size, which directly reduces rotational inertia and unsprung mass. On a performance platform, that translates into measurably faster steering response, reduced gyroscopic resistance through corners, and less work for the suspension to manage.
"European performance cars are engineered with very tight tolerances," said an RRT Forged spokesperson. "When a driver puts an ill-fitting wheel on a BMW M3 or an RS6, they are working against the car's own geometry. Our process starts with the vehicle and works outward. Customers enter a structured five-step co-design process: selecting a wheel design from RRT Forged's three series (Essentials, Performance, and Extreme), defining size and offset, confirming vehicle application and brake clearance with the engineering team, choosing a finish from matte, gloss, brushed, or custom colour options, and receiving a hand-inspected finished set. The Extreme Series, which includes models such as the RRT-Ultra, RRT-X9P, and RRT Xtremist Mono, is particularly well suited to high-output European builds running upgraded braking systems.
