    On Wednesday, January 17, at 9:20 a.m., Mr. Byers will join executives from JLL, GI Partners, Kelvin Emtech, Goldman Sachs, Northern Investment Partners Inc., and Structure Research on the Canadian and Québec Data Center Leadership Panel, “A Big Picture Overview, and Making Sense of Recent M&A Activity, the Ins-And-Outs of Deals, and What It Means for the Industry.”  Mr. Byers, who has more than twenty years of experience in the data center industry, will discuss the impact of recent M&A activity on the data center industry, the role government tax incentives have on valuation and financing, and the evolution of data centers in the face of hyperscale demand.
