- (1888PressRelease) August 16, 2025 - ROC.PH, a Creative Marketing-as-a-Service platform serving MSMEs, cooperatives, and nonprofits since 2016, is entering a new chapter in its mission to empower communities through affordable digital solutions and learning opportunities.
Even during the pandemic-despite facing major challenges-ROC.PH continued to deliver creative marketing services, staying true to its commitment to help small and growing enterprises thrive. This dedication is further shaped by the personal resilience of its founder, who became a Person with Disability (PWD) in 2024, deepening his commitment to inclusivity and social impact in the tech sector.
Earlier this year, ROC.PH launched the Learning Hub, offering webinars and online courses to MSMEs, students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and professionals. Since its March 2025, the Learning Hub has reached 2,000 learners and continues to grow. The initiative is sustained through service purchases, webinar passes, course enrollments, and community contributions.
In August 2025, ROC.PH introduced the MBA Journey campaign-a personal yet community-driven initiative where every PHP 100 spent on ROC.PH services, webinar passes, or online courses-or contributed directly-funds one free webinar pass or online course for a scholar or MSME owner.
“Our Give Back Program is proof that every small action can spark big change,” said Ron Oliver Clarin, Founder of ROC.PH. “Whether it’s a PHP 100 course purchase or a direct contribution, every effort helps someone learn, grow, and build their future.”
On September 1, 2025, ROC.PH will officially launch its Scholarship Program, marking its evolution from a humble tech startup into a sustainable social enterprise. As of August 14, 2025, the program has already supported 62 scholars, including PWDs, students, and aspiring entrepreneurs—referred by trusted partners from the education sector, organizations, and government.
In the coming months, ROC.PH will integrate its MSME Startup Deal Program, Cooperative & Association Development Program, and Nonprofit Support Program into the scholarship framework, with the goal of reaching up to 10,000 beneficiaries by the end of 2025.
