    Rickie Trudeau has extensive experience representing private equity clients and their portfolio companies on acquisitions, minority investments and restructurings and representing investment banks, commercial banks, strategic investors and private corporations in structuring multi-million and multi-billion dollar secured and unsecured credit facilities, including acquisition financings. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Rickie was both a private equity and a banking and finance associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
