  • Denver, CO (1888PressRelease) August 24, 2011 - Today, Realis Real Estate Software (formerly REO Maestro) announced Backstage, a new branded feature to be integrated with the Realis Real Estate Software management suite.

Backstage is a public-facing web portal that allows key participants in a real estate transaction, such as the borrower, cooperating agents, closing agents, contractors, etc., limited access to the workflow tools offered in Maestro, Prelude and will be offered in Overture (to be released in early 2012). The client (the real estate or REO agent) can determine who has access to the program and to what features they are capable of viewing.

"The functionality of Backstage makes it possible to share task lists, transaction notes, and file uploads, further streamlining what the real estate management software already allows," said Lauren Roberts, founder and owner of Realis Real Estate Software.

Realis, founded by veteran REO agent Lauren Roberts in 2001, currently leads the industry with their flagship product, Maestro. This software product is specially designed for brokers and realtors who work in the foreclosure market.

Earlier this year, Realis went through a re-branding and name change to better portray its place in the real estate market and to make room for the future expansion of its portfolio of software products currently in development. Following the success of Maestro, Realis has recently released its second product, Prelude, and is currently developing a third product, Overture, due to be released at the beginning of 2012.

    About Realis Real Estate Software
Based in Denver, Realis Real Estate Software (formerly REO Maestro) provides and supports workflow management software for real estate professionals. In 2001 Realis Founder and CEO Lauren Roberts was a REO (Real Estate Owned) broker who wanted to streamline her operations, and broaden the talents and productivity of her agent team when she created REO Maestro. For almost a decade, REO Maestro - the first REO management software built by and for real estate professionals - has set the standard for simplifying and organizing all workflows associated with marketing and managing REO properties. In today's unpredictable market, the way agents can earn more is to diversify their services and portfolios, and work more efficiently - not manage more properties. Today Realis provides software solutions for REO properties, with software tailored for short sales available in Spring 2011. For more information, please visit http://www.RealisSoftware.com.
