Restoring the old and protected Town Hall in Skanderborg | MEHR ApS
This Press Release is about Mehrs participation in the restoration of the beautilful Town Hall in Skanderborg, and what has been done to it.
- (1888PressRelease) February 25, 2022 - Mehr ApS are happy to announce that, we have been taking part in the work that has gone into restoring the beautiful old Town Hall in Skanderborg, which some may know better as the Police Station in Skanderborg.
The Town Hall is a protected old building which means it needed to be carefully renovated with respect for the architecture and products of the time.
It has been an immense pleasure, for us and our co-workers to take part in such a project. The work we’ve done on this project is restoring the old windows, which are gently cleaned for loose paint, after which they are filled, sanded, and painted, all with linseed oil products.
Now we have been through the whole process and these projects always excites all of us at Mehr ApS. So we hope get to do similar projects in the near future.
MEHR ApS is a two-part company running both a painting company and a website with a physical shop as well, where you can buy Flügger paint. There atm. around 20 people working at the painting firm.
