The program, to be held in Whippany, N.J. on November 2, focuses on the most recent trends and developments in electronic discovery and corporate information management.

    Kraftsow's session, titled "Insider Perspectives on Predictive Coding - What Is It, and Can It Really Save Your Company Millions?" and scheduled for 3 p.m. ET, will discuss prominent predictive coding cases, the technology and its alternatives and the issues surrounding it. The discussion will be moderated by Jeffrey L. Nagel, Esq., director of the Gibbons E-Discovery Task Force.
