(1888PressRelease) June 23, 2014 - E3 Services and Solutions Inc. (http://www.e3space.com) has acquired an equity position in HESA Ltd., a Seychelles based energy technologies company.

The same transaction included the formation of HESA Energy LLC in the United States and a share swap with HESA Ltd.

E3 will work to develop and further commercialize key technologies created by HESA Ltd. for energy production, agriculture and medical applications. E3 will also work on research and development projects in conjunction with its partner which includes pollution control applications and supplemental solar solutions.
