The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on February 25, 2013 at Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Stevie Awards, which organizes some of the most prestigious business awards, both nationally and internationally, present the Sales & Customer Service Awards to recognize the achievements of sales, business development, and customer service professionals.

    Liz Barnes, Remi's Service Center Manager, was nominated for the Contact Center Manager of the Year, a brand new category this year. More than 1,100 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every market segment were submitted to this year's competition, an increase of 10% over 2012. More than 100 members of eight specialized judging committees determined Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging this year.

    Competition was fierce, but Liz was named a Finalist and ultimately won the 2013 Bronze Stevie® Award in the Contact Center Manager of the Year category.
