The special canapés will include luxurious steamed soft rice flour sheets stuffed with foie gras and lobster served from a live cooking station, tasty Royal Project smoked trout, tomato dip and crispy lotus root, and flavoursome Northern dry curry with lamb, scented with truffles, and taleggio polenta. UNWIND guests will also enjoy Chiang Mai spicy minced pork spring rolls and Korean chilli bean cream, and succulent shrimps kara age, Northern Thai spices, jalapeño and yuzu zest. There'll also be a sweet treat with deep fried banana wrapped with kataifi and macadamia nuts.
