In conversation with Host, Ian Selbie, Rockaway discussed the significance of the customer’s role, “It's always about the customer. At the end of the day, without a customer, there is no business, there is no sale, there is no solution.” He continued, “So let's not lose sight of how important the customer is. I always have that in front of me, and even if it costs me a sale, I always want to do the right thing for the customer.”
Rockaway further highlighted various sales tips for the audience, “If you want to look good, you show up on time and you have a positive attitude, then you've gotten half the deal already without even realizing it.”
