Ryan Teicher is interviewed on ‘The Leader’s Edge’.
- Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) May 23, 2025 - Ryan Teicher, CEO of REDCOM Design & Construction, was a recent guest on the ‘The Leader’s Edge’ podcast. REDCOM specializes in commercial design-build engineering, architecture, and construction.
In conversation with Host HR Huntsman, Teicher discussed his value system and how they have impacted his career as a leader in the construction industry. He stated, “In both my personal and professional life, respect is my highest held value. I believe when you respect the people who work for you, they will respect you back. It is that respect that gets the best version of your employee to come to work and to perform to the best of their abilities.”
Teicher further discussed the importance of open communication and collaboration in leadership. He stated, “I learned this very early on in my career, when I was just a kid coming in to work for my dad's company, is admitting that you don't know something.”
“I'm not an expert at everything in this company. I'm not a licensed architect. I'm not a licensed engineer. There are people here that work on my team that know a lot more than I do about those areas. And going to them and saying, ‘I know you're an expert here. Help me understand this. How can I understand this a little bit better? Explain to me what you know.’”
