    The journey of Rangam started in 1995 by two young technocrats with innovation and quality services in mind after getting corporate experience with various fortune 500 companies, such as, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, Lucent, Telcordia, McKinsey, and Verizon. The goal was to serve information to technology industries with better cost-effective enterprise technological solutions and provide highly skilled resources for technology projects. In the beginning of the year Rangam was funded by consulting revenue from the founders of the development and marketing of the products developed by Rangam. Between 1997-2001, the IT industry was flourished by e-commerce boom, and Rangam developed B2B and B2C portals. With the Dot-com bubble burst in 2001-2002, Rangam would have almost lost the hope of success with the loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars of investment in developed technology. Since in the field of Information Technology when the technology changes rapidly, in 2002 Rangam's multi-million dollar intellectual property would be worth nothing.

    However, with lot of failures and some successes, Rangam has grown to be a well-respected size staffing company with a sister innovative technology company WebTeam Corporation in the last 17 years. .In 2005, Rangam started its offshore subsidiary, Rangam InfoTech Pvt.
