Raleigh Life Coach To Offer Teleclass Series To Raise Money For Project To Empower Young Girls
In recognition of International Day of the Girl local life coach announces a new 4-week teleclass series to raise funds for a new project to empower young women and girls.
- Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) October 12, 2013 - Sharon Shelton, ICF-Accredited Life Coach, President/Founder of Listen to Your Life Coaching, LLC and organizer of a local Meetup group with over 600 members (www.meetup.com/ListenToYourLife/) is offering a new teleclass series starting on November 5th, 2013.
The four week class series will introduce RevitalizeU, a 5 step guide that provides practical, effective tools that can help you release what's holding you back, let go of negative patterns to finally create the results you want, design a life that is about more than just getting through the day, and revitalize your life in significant and sustainable ways.
Cost for the entire 4 week series is $99.00. Participants can access the calls via the web or phone. Half the proceeds from EACH ticket will be donated to Project Zen Empowerment, an initiative Ms. Shelton is involved in to create a safe space where vulnerable young women in Haiti gain life skills and confidence through community, peer leadership, education, yoga and mindfulness. The teleclasses will be lecture following by Q/A with homework and handouts to supplement the learning and takeaways. They will also be taped and available for the class if there is an absence.
