RadioShack Joins Tenant Mix at Levin-Managed Hamilton Plaza

The retailer has leased 2,556 square feet at the 175,515-square-foot shopping center, announced Levin Management, the property's managing and leasing agent.

    Levin was represented by Michael Cohen, vice president of leasing. Joe Dougherty with Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc. served as the tenant's broker in the transaction.

    "Hamilton Plaza, with an 80,000-square-foot ShopRite store and a strong tenant mix to support it, has emerged as a prime local shopping destination," said Cohen. "The addition of RadioShack fills a niche for area shoppers, and is the perfect complement to the center's already diverse mix of service, retail and food-oriented tenants."

    Anchored by a newly expanded ShopRite and a newly opened Petco, other tenants at Hamilton Plaza include A.C. Moore, Sleepy's, Dollar Tree, Let's YO, Hallmark, New Wave Wireless, Moe's Southwest Grill and Texas Roadhouse. Situated at the intersection of Route 33 and White Horse - Hamilton Square Road in Hamilton Township, the center serves a growing residential population of more than 170,000 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $88,000, and the daily traffic count is about 48,000 vehicles.

    Recent renovations to Hamilton Plaza focused on replacing building facades and adding new landscaping. Other improvements included significant common area upgrades, and the addition of two pad sites and a 10,000-square-foot end cap make the center even more appealing to tenants and shoppers.

    A 4,456-square-foot retail space and a 3,075-square-foot pad site approved for drive-thru currently are available.
