    Rachel Lowe is an attorney with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. As part of the firm’s Agribusiness, Food, Beverage & Cosmetics Team, Rachel represents clients in a variety of industries, including food and beverage and insurance, in class actions and other complex commercial disputes. She often works hand in hand with regulatory counsel to advise industry-leading food producers facing litigation and investigations. She regularly practices in state and federal trial and appellate courts in false advertising class action cases stemming from product labeling. Rachel also has experience representing clients in product litigation, trademark, and employment matters.
