    Q-Tickets provides ticketing services for movies, plays, concerts, sporting events and food events. Q-tickets has gained significant market share in the Qatar, U.A.E. and other locations, subscribed more than one million users, and sold more than eight million tickets and managed many prestigious events across GCC including T10, Pakistan Super League amongst others.

    It will be quite interesting to see how Q-tickets position itself into the Indian market.
    According to statista.com revenue in the “Event Tickets” segment amounts to US$153m in 2017 in India and is expected to show an annual growth rate (CAGR 2017-2022) of 32.4 % resulting in a market volume of US$622m in 2022.

    Last year Bigtree Entertainment, the Indian company which owns the country’s largest online ticketing platform BookMyShow, has raised Rs 5.5 billion ($81.5 million) in its latest round of funding led by the US-based Stripes Group.

    Q-tickets has also won the award of ‘Best Digital SME’ of the year in Qatar by ICT Qatar becoming the only private player to get this recognition.

    Dr. Tejinder Singh has personally been honored several times for his business acumen and contribution to the economy of Qatar. Last year, he was named as the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Arabian Business Awards and Forbes named him as one of the Top Indian Business leaders in the Arab World three times consecutively in last three years.
