As a PREA affiliate member, Hank Bailey qualified for this prestigious designation by meeting the following guidelines:
* Minimum requirements for full-time real estate sales experience.
* Meet or exceed the company's sales standards.
* Actively working in luxury market.
* Within the past 12 months, have closed required standards for transactions for a home priced within the top 10% of the local market or have taken listings of homes priced within the top 10% of the local market.
* Achieve five personal elective points within past 12 months. These deal with not just sales of fine homes, but non-profit or charitable involvement in one's community, participation with trade groups, and also a continued exercise in increasing one's knowledge of the luxury home market.
