Prothotics Health Care Group Acquires Stake In Vitality Rehab, LLC, Based in Tamarac, Florida
Prothotics Health, a Prothotics Technology company and a leading national supplier of state-of-the-art orthotic, prosthetic and durable medical equipment, announces an agreement in principal with Vitality Rehab, to acquire a 25% ownership of the Coral Gables, FL, physical therapy organization.
- Fort Lauderdale, FL (1888PressRelease) June 04, 2015 - The addition of Vitality Rehab, with four offices located across southern Florida, is the first phase of Prothotics Health's expansion in Florida and increases its clinical network to 22 locations along the East Coast. Prothotics Health is joined in the partnership by Advanced Physical Therapy Network which will acquire a 51% ownership position within the company. Jeffrey Ziblut, MSPT, Chief Clinician and founder of Vitality Rehab will retain a 24% ownership stake in the organization.
