  • New York, NY (1888PressRelease) April 15, 2014 - His promotion was based on his track record of producing results and delivering top-notch service to clients and colleagues.

"Propel's ability to provide cutting edge products and superior customer service has helped us to stand out in the market," says Bryce A. Way, President & CEO of Propel. "We are fortunate to have Jerry's excellent customer service management and industry acumen to continue to grow Propel."

Jerry brings more than 10 years of experience in the orthodontic field in sales management and client services. Prior to joining Propel, Jerry worked as Regional Business Manager with Align Technology (Invisalign) where he successfully managed the growing southwest sales team. As Sales Manager for Propel, Jerry will expertly navigate the needs of the sales team, clients, and the company. He will define the tools and training needs for the sales team to stay at the forefront of the Accelerated Orthodontics field, leading the team in developing and managing customer service relationships for hundreds of private practices nationwide and 28 university programs.

Jerry shared "I was in the first group of sales people hired at both BrightSmile and in the Dental division at Align. I was very fortunate to win multiple Presidents Club awards as a Territory and Regional Manager at Align as the company grew from a start up to the successful billion-dollar company it is today. Now I am excited to be a part of the coming expansion of the Propel brand. I believe we will see similar success with Propel."

Jerry understands the unique opportunity Propel is for doctors, giving them a solution for the growing number of orthodontic patients who are concerned with lengthy treatment time, as well as providing a premium tool to improve their patient's overall orthodontic experience Propel utilizes an FDA-Registered Class I medical device explicitly for the creation of Micro-Osteoperforations. Jerry is looking forward to working with the Propel team in his new role at the AAO Annual Session in New Orleans in April. Propel will be present at Booth #2059 with on-site product demos and in-booth lectures by noted industry leaders.
