Plate of Tantalizing Food Options at The Collection Getting More Full with Lazy Dog Cafe, Others Joining the Menu

- (1888PressRelease) August 21, 2013 - The popular Lazy Dog Café is coming to The Collection at River Park, adding to an exciting menu of dining options recently beefed up with the opening of Yard House and Gen Korean BBQ with several more palate-pleasing tenants set to debut soon.
The Lazy Dog Café is scheduled to open in spring 2014, along with Maria's Italian Kitchen.

With 12 locations and several more on tap, the Lazy Dog Café has become known for its warm, comfortable, yet exciting lodge-like setting that is the perfect dining spot for all ages for a quick dinner with the family, a meandering meal with friends or a night out on the town.
Maria's Italian Kitchen offers great Italian food at affordable and reasonable prices. The chain's slogan is "Your Neighborhood Italian Restaurant," and its nine locations remind guests of the casual, sometimes boisterous, neighborhood eateries of another era.
Visitors to The Collection, meanwhile, have been filling up tables at such recently opened restaurants as Yard House, Kabuki Japanese, and Gen Korean BBQ and Yakitori Bar.
And they can look forward to several more exciting dining options, including Settebello Pizzeria, scheduled to open in September, Famous Dave's, and Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill, both scheduled to bow in late 2013 or early 2014.
Other restaurants and eateries already open at the 650,000-square-foot center are Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Menchie's Frozen Yogurt and Gandolfo's NY Deli.
The Collection at RiverPark is rapidly taking shape alongside Highway 101 between the Vineyard and Oxnard exits. Anchors include the recently opened Whole Foods Market, Target, a 16-screen Century Theatres and REI.
In addition to dining, shopping and entertainment, venues, The Collection will incorporate 60,000 square feet of office space above the retail on the main street as well as an extensive public art program featuring the works of nationally and internationally recognized artists.
