- (1888PressRelease) July 19, 2010 - Personal Travel Group - The company announces that it has invested over £750,000 in a state of the art presentation centre in City Warf, Lichfield near Birmingham to create a unique environment where potential agents can be presented to in a relaxed but high tech environment. The two hundred and fifty square meter, two story building consists on the ground floor of a reception leading into a lounge with managers office's, administration and contracts office for Office Provider Ltd staff and large staff room which doubles as a training room for staff when they are not working.
On the first floor there is a large presentation room containing 10 private booths equipped with desks and computers and an 11 meter by 4 meter consolidation room that is used to summarize and simplify all the information that has been presented during the presentation before the potential agent is asked if he fully understands the opportunity.
As always Personal Travel Group uses the services of the staff of Office Provider Limited to prepare and go through the contract with the new agents as although their services are paid for by Personal Travel Group they are not involved in the sale and are not paid commission hence retaining some independence from the presenters.
The new Lichfield premises is now the eighth Personal Travel Group presentation office in the UK including Edinburgh, Durham, Sale Manchester, Kettering, Chelmsford, Guilford and Bristol with new offices planned in Belfast during September which will focus on Personal Travel Group investment property sales.
