The award is bestowed upon a member who manages more than one community and works to promote professionalism in the common interest development (CID) industry through volunteer work with CAI. Ms. Glogow holds a portfolio of accounts showing her breadth of knowledge in this field.

    Along with this honor, Lisa received a leadership award for volunteering as the Chairperson for the Professional Managers Committee, the CAI Awards Committee and the popular Monte Carlo Night. These much-deserved acclamations highlight her active participation with the local CAI chapter to bring education and awareness to community management to the Coachella Valley. It is evident that through her drive and passion for this industry, Ms. Glogow is a successful brand ambassador for both Powerstone Property Management and the CID industry.

    Ms. Glogow has been working in the property management field for over 25 years and holds many industry designations including Certified Manager of Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and California Community Association Manager (CCAM). She is currently pursuing the designation of Professional Community Association Manger (PCAM) from CAI.
