Harke concentrates his trial practice in the areas of products liability, insurance and complex class action and other commercial and consumer litigation matters. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Harke graduated from the University of Florida, with high honors and received his B.A. degree in Philosophy. He received his law degree from University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Law Review.
Engel concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance litigation, employment matters, products liability matters, consumer class action litigation and general commercial litigation. Sarah is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator for circuit and county court civil matters. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with an undergraduate degree in English and received her law degree from University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude.
