  • (1888PressRelease) November 02, 2011 - After its successful debut in March of this year, Paperworld Middle East is looking forward with enthusiasm to its second event which will take place next year from March 6th to 8th. A wide range of companies have already confirmed their key locations for the 2012 edition with hundreds of brands and products on board. Here is a sneak preview into what is already shaping up to be yet another significant event within the Paperworld brand family.

    German exhibitors
    German companies Lamy and Schneider, who were original Launch Partners for the inaugural edition of Paperworld Middle East, are once more amongst the first exhibitors to join the fore for the 2012 edition in Dubai. Both companies will be showcasing their range of high quality writing instruments.

    Durable, long term exhibitor in Frankfurt, has now also confirmed its presence for the Dubai show, with the intention of utilizing it as a platform to further explore the regional marketplace. As one of the leading manufacturers of office organisation and presentation media worldwide, the 80 year old DURABLE trade mark has been symbolic of high-class products for filing and sorting, clipping and binding, as well as in the fields of information and presentation.

    Another German company, Sigel, winner of the reddot design award 2011 for its stylish Conceptum notebooks, will once again present its range of trendy business products in Dubai.

    In addition, Messe Frankfurt is delighted to have recently received the news that the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology will fund an official German Pavilion for Paperworld Middle East 2012. This means that many more German exhibitors can be expected next March and augurs well for the long term future of the show.

    Also Returning Once More
    As well as German brands Lamy, Schneider and Sigel, many more companies will return for a second year running to the newly launched Paperworld in Dubai.

    Austrian brand SAX, founders of the original paper clip (indispensable in every office!) is amongst the returning companies, eager to stay abreast of this regional marketplace. SAX currently sells 250 million pieces every year!

    Premium quality brand Grandluxe, all the way from Singapore will showcase again its diaries, calendars, leather accessories and stationery products, which are available in a variety of languages, including English, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, etc.

    German manufacturers Olympia (machines and office equipment) and Dokumental (ink), Multichem from the UK, as well as major paper manufacturer Asia Pulp and Paper (APP) are also returning once again for the 2012 edition.

    Some new exhibitors to Paperworld Middle East 2012
    New in the market is nu:co, who have set up base in both the UK as well as Hong Kong. Their nu: label encompasses notebooks, filing products and journals both for business and academic customers. They plan to utilize the Dubai event as a launch pad for their products to the Middle East market and to spread further awareness on their relatively new brand.

    Other new exhibitors for the 2012 event include Kotsonis Envelopes, Shanghai M&G and Crown Ball Pen.

    Back to School
    A range of Back to School manufacturers will present their 2012 collections with a strong representation from the Mediterranean. Some companies with this line of products which will be represented at the event include: Paxos (Greece) one of the initial Launch Partners of Paperworld Middle East, Sun Ce (Cyprus), Hakan Canta (Turkey), First Kid and Dubai Library Distributors (UAE-based manufacturers).

    Local Players
