This is the first single off the band's yet-to-be completed sophomore album Take Me Home, released yesterday in the US. Additionally, the music video for "Live While We're Young" has become the most viewed video ever on YouTube in 24 hours. Falk, Yacoub are writing and producing with Kotecha 8 tracks that will be on One Direction's sophomore album Take Me Home. Last month, the songwriters and producers received an amazing four MTV VMA's; three for One Direction "What Makes You Beautiful" Best Pop Video, Best New Artist, and Most Share Worthy Video and one for Nicki Minaj's "Starships" Best Female Video.

    Hit makers Falk, Kotecha and Yacoub previously wrote and produced One Direction's hits "What Makes You Beautiful" and "One Thing" for the band's first album Up All Night. One Direction's album, Take Me Home, to be released in November, became available for pre-order September 3, 2012; it has already reached number one on the iTunes album charts. The song writing team will leave their studio in Stockholm next month to record new original songs for artist Demi Lovato, Tiesto and new artist Austin Mahone.

    Carl Falk and Rami Yacoub are taking the pop music world by storm this year. The number one single off One Direction's first album written by Falk, Kotecha, and Yacoub, "What Makes You Beautiful," charted as the highest Billboard Top 100 debut for a new UK act in over ten years. The album reached #1 on the Billboard Top 200 charts the same month. Falk and Yacoub also wrote and produced the number one hits "Starships" and "Pound the Alarm" for Pop/Hip-Hop artist Nicki Minaj's sophomore album Pink Friday Roman Reloaded. "Starships" broke Billboard chart records, remaining in the Top 10 Songs since its debut for 25 consecutive weeks.

    The hit makers' diverse musical backgrounds have helped them become leading song writers and producers. Carl Falk has worked with many top artists including Backstreet Boys, Taio Cruz, Gavin DeGraw, Nicole Scherzinger, and Tommy Lee. Rami Yacoub's career began when he was asked by renowned producer and songwriter Max Martin to join the legendary Cheiron Studios in Stockholm, Sweden. Yacoub gained notoriety with his first project with Martin: Britney Spears' career launching hit "Hit Me Baby One More Time." Yacoub has written and produced for leading musicians including N*Sync, P!nk, Enrique Iglesias, and The Wanted. After leaving Cheiron Studios, Yacoub established the legendary Kinglet Studios in Los Angeles.
