  • (1888PressRelease) January 14, 2023 - Jones, OK - As an organization devoted to grape growing and wine industries, the Oklahoma Grape Industry Council (OGIC) has been involved in many events throughout the state. These gatherings are excellent for promoting Oklahoma wines and local vineyards. Thankfully, 2022 saw in-person events increase, creating opportunities for the industry.

From the State Fair to wine and chees festivals, OGIC has made a point of informing members to ensure everyone is aware of each occasion. They also have a form available for members to share information concerning expos, wine tasting OKC, or other pertinent information. The OGIC Board has high expectations for upcoming gatherings in 2023, given the success of 2022.

About OGIC: A small group of winemakers started the Oklahoma Grape Industry Council in 2011. Their goal was to support the grape industry through education and building positive relationships with the state government. The organization is now a resource for hobbyists, viticulturists, and vintners alike.
