New York Giants rookie linebacker Jacquian Williams sprinted 40 yards on a punt, stripped the ball from San Francisco 49ers punt returner Kyle Williams and watched as teammate Devin Thomas pounced on it at the 49ers' 24-yard line in overtime: As they led team to Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis, where they will meet the New England Patriots.
Cornell graduate linebacker Kevin Boothe has been a life saver, filling in for various injured players, he has been at three positions along the line. After the Giants were forced to reshuffle a starting offensive unit that had been a disappointment for the first eleven games of the season, Boothe's presence has helped the team to improve its offense.
The signing took place in Hooters Restaurant in Wayne NJ.
