Career choices are difficult to make but what is even more difficult is to find which career is more aligned to one’s personality and interest, and then to find the right educational institutions and partners who can help you realize your dream. World-class universities, colleges, schools, and institutions are the dream of every student and India International Education Expo attempted to bring over 200 such leading education brands under one roof.

Think In English India (TIEI) team partnered with India International Education Expo (IIEE) 2023 in conducting career-counseling sessions (based on Scientific Psychometric Assessments) to guide them in making informed career decisions based on their ingrained traits. With such guidance, students would not feel burnt out within a few years after starting their careers, ensuring long-term career satisfaction, said the founders - Mr. Jagmeet Suri and Ms. Neha Bhatt Suri (IIM and XLRI Jamshedpur alumni).

During the three-day event from April 28th to April 30th, 2023, over 600 students received free counseling and career guidance. The entire team of TIEI worked cohesively to contribute to society through their social initiative called Aatmanirbhar Bharat Foundation. Being Topper, founded by Vipin Khutail, also supported the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Foundation in achieving its mission.

Ms. Neha Bhatt Suri (with over 2 decades of experience in HR management, Recruitment & Selection, Communication/Leadership Training, Learning, and Development) provided seminars on rapport-building tips and shared interview-cracking secrets. Students from various institutions participated and enriched their knowledge.
Mr. Jagmeet Suri (merit holder from IIM-Lucknow, and an IMA Dehradun alumnus) shared informative tricks to study better in less time using his power-packed PPT slides. Students, together with their teachers and parents expressed gratitude for the knowledge-sharing sessions.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the India Expo organizers, students, participating educators’ community, and the entire TIEI team for making it a grand success. Ms. Jaya Singh, for patiently guiding the students, Antrish Mathur, for communicating rapport-building aspects and counseling; Victor Khanna for wonderfully sharing insights with parents and students; Ms. Anuja, Ms. Pranjal, Ms. Tanishka, and Ms. Ahana for conducting one-on-one counseling sessions. Ms. Ananya’s counseling sessions and go-getter approach were remarkable.
