  • Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) October 14, 2011 - On Thursday, November 10, Michael Baldassare, Esq., co-founder of Newark, N.J.-based Baldassare & Mara, LLC, will present "Representing the Difficult Client Ethically & Professionally" at the New Jersey Association for Justice's "Criminal Law: Dealing Properly with Clients, Adversaries and Judges." The seminar, which is approved for 7.80 hours of total CLE credit, will be held at the Sheraton Meadowlands in East Rutherford, N.J. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Baldassare's program runs from 9 to 10:15 a.m. His fellow presenters include Henry Klingeman, Esq.; Michael Robbins, Esq.; and Robert Miseo, Esq. Their program will address how to represent problematic clients without running afoul of the Rules of Professional Conduct, and will provide practical tips to maintain the attorney-client relationship, even during difficult periods. The presentation will largely focus on difficult clients in criminal matters.

    Baldassare concentrates his practice on criminal law. He has effectively represented clients in connection with internal and government investigations as well as trial-level proceedings of national and international significance related to a multitude of allegations.
