Pompano Ford Lincoln to host 2012 Lincoln Drive Smart For Your School fundraiser, benefitting Northeast High School.
- Lakeland-Winter Haven, FL (1888PressRelease) April 03, 2012 - Pompano Ford Lincoln, a leading Florida Ford and Lincoln car dealership, is pleased to announce the 2012 Drive Smart For Your School event, in support of the Northeast High School in Oakland Park, Florida.
The 2012 Drive Smart For Your School event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 3, 2012, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The event is a Ford Motor Company sponsored program designed to help local Lincoln dealers foster partnerships with local high schools within their communities and help raise much needed funds for the school.
Students who are at least 18 years of age, and their parents, are invited to come out to the Northeast High School to test drive a new Lincoln at this event. The participants have to simply complete a brief survey following the test drive. Pompano Ford Lincoln then records that information and submits the surveys to Ford. Each eligible test drive earns the school $20 and with an allowable maximum of 300 drivers per event, a total of $6,000 can be raised to help support Northeast High School.
There is no purchase required and nothing to sell. Only about 15 minutes of one's time is needed to take a brand new Lincoln out for a quick drive. Those who are not yet 18 can still help - simply spread this message to family, friends and social networking circles and encourage everyone to participate.
