Augustin, former VP of Retail Services for HCL Technologies to its leadership team of knowledgeable and experienced sourcing consultants.

    Augustin, specializes in international sales, service delivery and business operations in countries including; Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Brazil, Hong Kong, India, Russia, China, Jamaica and the UK. In his new role as Managing Director with Alsbridge, Augustin will lead the company's continued outreach and strategy efforts.

    Augustin offers 28 years of experience in the sourcing industry, including five years as the CIO for professional service firms and 23 years providing IT outsourcing services to global fortune 500 companies. Augustin's key areas of expertise include development and management of large technology services relationships, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), governance and change management, shared service design and operation, and strategy and implementation with BPO and ITO, as well as sales and marketing management and business problem solving.

He also spent 1998-2004 with Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for outsourcing operations and business development. Augustin began his career in 1984 with EDS where he led global accounts in the manufacturing and transportation industry groups.
