  • (1888PressRelease) December 21, 2016 - After all the hype and excitement around it, the beast is finally here. The Bajaj Dominar 400 is ready to hit the roads and has been much-anticipated among the biking enthusiasts across the country. The first look of the Bajaj Dominar 400 exudes confidence and pure thrill. The latest entrant from the Bajaj stable would fit in the premium cruiser segment and would be the most powerful bike forms them yet. It does have a stark connect with another of Bajaj's by-products in the market, KTM - both in terms of power as well as the pricing; apart from the positioning though. The Dominar would come as a power cruiser and would be big news for all those wanted an affordable, powerhouse of a bike.

What does the Dominar 400 bring?
The bike does have a huge style quotient - there are no two ways about that. It does get a few points more than the Pulsar CS400 and definitely would be seen as one of the best looking bikes in the country. One of the highlights is that the bike would have a complete LED equipped headlight and that does give a huge uplift to styling. The bike would also sport an all LCD cluster that would have an odometer, speedometer, fuel gauge, clock, tachometer and even a clock. In terms of power, the Dominar 400 would have a 373.2cc single cylinder engine that is the same used in the KTM Duke 390 - the only difference would be the returning to bring out 34.5bhp of power - which would be shifted along with a 6 speed transmission and of course - Bajaj's triple spark technology. The bike would also come with an automatic headlamp and ABS; also key to note that the engine is BSIV compliant.

The telescopic front forks bring out looks to die for and the rear mono shock is to give you a comfortable ride throughout. There has not been any hint towards the pricing of the bike and it would be interesting to see how the makers would place it. Delivery of the Bajaj Dominar 400 is slated to start in January and rumour has it that test vehicles would reach showrooms in the next week.

All in all, the Dominar 400 has all the ingredients for the next front line product from the Bajaj stable. It seems to have the looks, power and one wonders how important a role the pricing would be for such a well-made machine. It is not the first time we have seen such unprecedented attention towards a new release - the Bajaj Avenger did it too; but it seems like the Dominar 400 is taking things to a whole new level.
